I would never use this notary again or refer her to anyone. At first, nice office and nice people. That all changed, upon signing of the deed - First you signed a document releasing funds so she would get paid before her services were rendered. An unethical act indeed. and then the worst - after we learned the home we bought was full of hidden defects - she refused to give us seller's contact details. Her office instructed me to hire someone to find seller and refused to help us. Her office was communicating with seller via email prior to sale. Furthermore, they mailed the deed somewhere?We are pursuing legal action against Notary Trott and eventually the seller. Very expensive price tag, for awful service, we are not clients; we are victims

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Notaire Heather Trott. I was responsible for settling an estate and navigate all the paperwork that is involved .From my initial dealings with their wonderful Administrative Assistant Fanny Limoges ,to the final signing with Notaire Olivia LamontagneThey were always extremely patient and professional and knowledgeable.
