Shocking display of inhumanity and corporate greed by this company. After your company made an in-person house call to collect on a bill that your compnay knowingly pushed on a closed account of a 95 year old veteran. Your employee then uttered direct threats including that or physically threatening the individual with harm, just so you could get paid for a refil on an account that was cancelled. Your threats continued FOR DAYS until the community banned together and paid this exorbitantly expensive oil bill for a heating system that was disconnected and all but removed from the home. Munising the tank which was being picked up. The 95 year old was so terrified of the threats made they wouldn't even leave their home. Your evil company caused intolerable mental distress of an elder whom did nothing wrong but cancel their service with you. And your managment didn't even care. They just wanted their money, and that's all they were concerned about.To anyone who wants to use this company, beware. If you don't pay, they physically send someone to threaten you with physical harm and outlandish legal claims.ENEX, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Grow some ethics and refund the cost of your fuel. Do the right thing and publicly apologize for your horrid treatment of a hero that defended this land.
