Sharing this to tim hortons and overheads.Visited this tim hortons all the way driving from waterloo, asked harit(an indian guy working there) to open the door to go to washroomI can’t describe my condition being unwell asking several times literally begged to go to washroom he didn’t open the door and i have to literally pee outside tim hortons parking area.Being a owner of the hotel and as into hospitality industry its a basic right to go to washroom for anyone but there was no humanity with anyone working there…literally after begging so much i feel there is no humanity with anyone i feel so numb thinking all this and then writing this review to let the owners and all the higher authorities to know the basic necessities for the people as business runs on behalf of people not with basic ethics.

I find everyone to be very friendly any time I go in or through the drive-thru! If there is a mistake made they never have a problem fixing it! So happy to have such a friendly Tim's so close to me.

I’m a caffeine sensitive person who has all kinds of negative symptoms when consuming it. I ordered a decaf ice coffee and after drinking a quarter realized that it was actually regular coffee. The result has been a very miserable afternoon - thanks!

This might be the best location for tim hortons since they have one of the most welcoming seating areas. In the morning til around 5pm you can expect to see many people just enjoying the ambience. There are lots of people here who will sit there from 8am to 4pm just doing nothing.

Ordered in the drive through which isn't organised very well. The staff member at the window was very friendly. The atmosphere was my car, so that was great.
