They always has what I am looking for and the staff are very helpful and kind

I have always had excellent customer service at this location. However I would love to give a shout out to the lady who helped me.About a month ago I had a pretty big house flood and In a panic I stopped there to see if they had any boxes I could have to try and salvage some of my stuff. I wish I could remember the ladie's name (I know there are two there with the same first name, I hope the lady who helped See's this msg.) This sweet sweet lady went out of her way to help me tear down boxes and load them into a cart. All the while she had a beautiful smile on her face and was a little ray of sunshine when I needed it the most. I know this was not in her job description but she made an extra effort to help me out,and that day she'll never know what a difference it made. It is so nice to know there truly are good people who show simply acts of kindness every day and this lady is one of them .Thank you for being a wonderful human being and giving awesome customer service. You serve your employer beyond wonderful and they are lucky to have You... I have told many people about your act of kindness and I will definitely Contiune shopping at this location because of this lady.Thank youAshley.

As good as any NLC. When the COVID stuff is over and the Sobeys entrance is available again it will be better

The staff here are fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and in my opinion the best NLC around for new products and placement.

Doesn't always have the same items as the other big stores but the staff are friendly and for the most part the selection is decent.

Well stocked liquor store with friendly and knowledgable staff. Good selection of beer, wines, and spirits. I just wish that they would carry as much of a selection of Newfoundland craft breweries as Howley Estates, but that's just nitpicking.

The staff at NLC in Long Pond are the best! They were so helpful and patient. Their professional, courteous and kind attention will ensure a repeat visit.
