First time buyer my husband and I. Unfortunately when getting our order it looks like it was opened and one of our items was token. It was wrapped back up and I got the other two. My husband dealt with the customer service and it was great. Shipped out a replacement for us. Hopefully they got reimbursed from the mail company. About to order again. Will also have to look at what else they sell!!!! Also thought it was great prices
