Alex and Emily were fantastic! Simple, old fashioned quality service. On time, no hassle and straightforward pricing. They came in, diagnosed what was wrong, fixed it quickly and properly. I highly recommend this be your first and only plumbing call.

I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. My wife woke up the other morning to find that we had no water in our whole house. I called a few different plumbing services, Alex answered first but told me to call around because he wouldn't be able to make i until the afternoon, but call back if I had any issues. To my surprise, no other services answered their phones ( at 830 am) even the 24 hour services". When I called Alex back he was able to re arrange his day to come by

Alex and Emily responded very quickly to our call when our well water system broke down. They identified theproblem and resolved it with care and expertise. Emily's installation of the new tank and filter was wonderful. Highly recommend Milton Plumbing.

Al was very prompt in answering my call and questions. The team was on time and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was very happy with the quality and clean up the crew did and the price was right. I would highly recommend!

Our well pump failed and we had no water. Alex returned my call after hours and spent the entire next day diagnosing the underlying cause and replaced the well pump. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive, and his rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I contacted Milton Plumbing to replace an old hot water heater. They responded quickly, gave me a quote and came on time. The job they did was fine. However, the quote turned out to be misleading, at best. The quote was $1800 plus HST for the tank, installation and removal. The bill came in at $2,345 plus HST. They charged $450 for additional labour. I had them do an extra job - replacing a valve that took maybe, at the most, 15 minutes. Let's say that was a $100. So $350 extra labor cost. If that wasn't bad enough, there was a $95 'Diagnostic Fee'. That's just a scam. They were there to replace a hot water heater.... no diagnosis required. Lesson - don't trust their quote.

I was very impressed with the professional approach from Alex and team. They installed three new toilets and a laundry tub for me. The quote provided was clear, and there were no surprises. The crew communicated extremely well, took pictures of process to show me when the work was completed. They cleaned up after themselves leaving all cardboard from new toilets cut up and neatly packaged for recycling day, and old toilets were stored neatly in preparation for pick up. I would not hesitate to have Milton Plumbing and Heating back in my home, and I will use them again in the future.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of the service. Jason made time at the end of his day to ensure he was here within 24 hours of first contact about an HVAC issue. He worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and helpful, even offering advice on how to prevent/address the issue again in the future without being asked.First time using Milton Plumbing & HVAC Services and I would definitely recommend them.

Thank you so much to Alex and his crew for treating our plumbing emergency as a priority. Our toilet was leaking so we called Milton Plumbing and Heating to take a look. They quickly fixed the issue but also found another leak behind the wall. If they did not find this leak it would have been thousands in repairs. Thank you!
