I’ve always had great service here. I’ve never had an issue with my dry cleaned items, and what I’ve had tailored has come out great. The staff has also been very friendly as well!

This is one of the dry cleaners in the neighbourhood for us. I have had nothing but good experiences here, whether with dry cleaning or getting new clothes altered.The owner is super friendly and the experience is always great. This is our go-to dry cleaners!

this is my local drycleaning place. these guys get clothes clean, and are super honest. I have left cash in my garments more than once (I drink) and they always return it. great service here

I have been a customer of New Star Cleaners for approximately 2 years. In the past I have been satisfied with their prompt service and affordable rates. Recently, I left two of my son's shirts for laundering and pressing. When I picked them up today I was informed that the total bill for the shirts was $12.43, which is more than twice the amount that I have been charged in the past. When I inquired as to why the bill was so high, I was told that the shirts were too dirty" so they had been dry cleaned in addition to the laundering I had requested. If the shirts were "too dirty" for laundering and pressing alone to be sufficient

Had a great experience here! Took in two things to get altered, and forgot the day I had arranged to pick them up. On the pickup day, they stayed open half an hour past their closing hours until I was able to come in and pickup my garments, which were altered perfectly. I am very impressed with this above and beyond customer service.

The lady was friendly but the price and final product leaves little satisfaction. $26 + tax for a light coat is understandable but not pressing it is not. Other places have done clean and press. Maybe this place does pressing as a separate charge. Have read other saying about them not giving you a value and then you be surprise when you pick up. It is true. Also, it was $26 + tax to take 3 inches off of a dress, seems expensive too. Would not recommend or come back.

Terrible for any alterations, simple dress hem, for a long dress they charged $180. Then tried to get alterations for my daughter, they were supposed to let out seams in 2 tops, had to go back twice before they did this, then when we went for a fitting to have them adjusted the lady realized she couldn't actually do it. We also had a very simple dress hem done on a dress, and for a dress hem and let out the side seams on 2 tops, that took multiple trips, they charged $160. Ridiculously expensive for sub-standard work. I'll never go back to this place, not even for dry cleaning, when I was there a customer was complaining they lost a pair of his pants, months ago and have done nothing to correct it or compensate him, and he keeps asking, bless his patience.

The zipper of my son’s favorite onesie was defunct. I showed it to a seamstress friend who recommended this dry cleaner for alterations. In just a few minutes, while I watched, the lovely lady at the main desk had fixed the zipper! With a deft hand she replaced a part on the zipper and did some quick hand sewing to finish the job. I was extremely pleased with her work and was charged only a nominal fee. Fabulous! And saved me buying a whole new garment! Thank you!!

Paid for my dads shirt to be fitted (re-sized) but when I went back to address the issue that it was still too big. The ladies denied right away saying they didn't fix the shoulder stitching and when I said exactly I want it to be fixed. She claimed she can't find our order number on her system. We have been their customer for over 4 years. She didn't care. The dry cleaners tag is still there and still she denied saying every dry cleaners uses the same tag and it might not be theirs. She completely refused to resolve the issue. Never going back again.

Used for 15 years. Curtain alterations, dry cleaning suits, Year end winter jacket cleaning, ugly stains on my favorite dress shirts, dress pants fixes zipper, seam and pocket tears. ALWAYS FRIENDLY.
