I got the cutest pixie cut and then the most amazing platinum hair colour!! It was my first time at the salon and I am definitely coming back for my haircut and colour!! Awesome!!

Oh my god. Please save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get my gel polish removed and just a neutral colour repainted. My nails were absolutely ripped apart.The entire service from start to end was completely unprofessional. The tools were not clean, the store was a mess. The sisters who owned the salon made me feel so uncomfortable. Talking amongst themselves about the day and my appt in front of me like I wasn’t there and finally agreeing to paint my nails.I was told by the store owner, Candy that they dont use drills as it ruins the nail, but she proceeded to file (with a rough nail file) my nails down to paper. She hurt my pinky finger and I ended up taking over and doing the removal myself. The paint job was shaky and she gel cured my nail beds to my skin. It was so bad that I offered to do the polish job myself too. Many of my natural nails have broken since my visit yesterday and I’m absolutely devastated. This was just supposed to last me until I could get to Calgary but it’s ruined my nails for months to come.Something that was supposed to take 30 minutes and be so simple, ended up taking over an hour and I’ll be paying for it for a long time.The ladies were nice, but being nice isn’t what I was paying a service for. I will never ever again return here and if you’re in town and need your nails done in a pinch, please save yourself the torment and go buy $3.99 nail polish from the store.

First two visits and experience was okay. Questionable but...ya!Third visit on December 16, 2021 I had hair extensions installed and less than 48 hours later...all hair extensions fell out and tore my own hair so much so it left bald spots throughout.I did call and tell them what happened. Stylist suggested I come back and she could fix what happened. She blamed the person helping her that day was not qualified and didn't know what she was doing.Should you not oversee what your trainees are doing and make sure it's done right first before proceeding with hair? A trained stylist should know if product of ready and properly prepared for client?

Just had an amazing reiki session with Amanda. I highly recommend her. She made me feel so comfortable and healed my energies. I feel balanced and light. Thank you Amanda.

Went there for a new look my hair was very long she cut it short she did an amazing job will absolutely go back Staff is amazing

I debated sharing my experience here, but feel like I should - the staff at the salon where very kind and very welcoming, but my gel manicure was unfortunately very poorly done. Two of the nails fell off within days, polish chipped right after, and each nail was uneven and gloopy. I had to go get them redone right when I got home from my vacation since I couldn't have my nails like that for a profession work environment. :( They look like they do a great job with hair though!

Absolutely awful. Ruined my natural nails. Ask to see the license of your tech I should have. I should of walked when she never wrapped my nails to remove old polish. She drilled my nails to the point of pain. When i complained she said I will move quicker. $70 plus a 10$ tip later that evening my nails ached, the next day 6 fingers out of 10 no gel polish. I complained to the manager/owner and was told she could fix it. No can’t fix you need to grow out the entire nail. She offered refund but when I went there she told me to come back for fixit, was going to call but didn’t. Go to bliss at copperpoint if you care about your nails

Love all the girls at couture, i go mainly for tanning and hair colours fromKandi. She’s been doing my hair for well over 15 years and i love her to bits.. haven’t had a chance to see the other ladies for their services but hope to do so in the future.. highly recommend these fabulous woman and the salon
