Couldn't be happier with Bob and Niagara Peninsula Home Inspections! He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspections. I learned a lot about what makes a home safe (and maybe not so safe) as well as what is involved to improve on whatever needs fixing/updating. He saved me from buying a home that was potentially full of asbestos, and I feel much more confident in the home I did end up purchasing. My spouse and I used Bob to inspect our first home. Being first-time home buyers, Bob was great at taking the time to walk us through and teach us about our new house, rather than just simply pointing out what needed to be fixed. He was very honest and technical with the important items that needed to be done immediately, and what were the less pressing things we should consider down the road. Bob explained things in a way that we could understand, and never made us feel uncomfortable asking questions. What sold it for us was when he said feel free to call me in 6 hours
