This store used to be good however I won’t be returning. I asked for help choosing deck stain and was given two completely different colours that I was told would match, one being opaque and one being translucent. After painting my deck and waiting for it to dry I have to purchase a third can of stain in opaque to cover up the translucent that does not match at all and have been refused any compensation or reimbursement for their error.

Excellent customer service with friendly staff. Went to 3 different Benjamin Moore stores in Brampton. This is the store where I felt most welcomed and comfortable. Had the best price and the most knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality products.

I am a repeat customer since 1998. The people here are very knowledgeable and eager to help you with your selection . This service , on top of a great product, makes shopping here an easy choice. Products sold here tend to be on the premium side of interior finishes so prices can seem a bit high compared to discount brands. Well worth time and effort thought to get a quality outcome.

Amazing customer service. We came to check an old can of paint and colour match a wall. Ashley was kind and helpful. She strained the old paint and transferred it to a smaller can because it was rusted and chunky. Prices are a little higher but the service is worth it for me.

Absolutely fantastic. I went here during lock down because Home Depot wasn’t doing paint and I had a furlough project. I’m really glad I found this place and will never go anywhere else ever again. I sent an email the first round and then reply didn’t just answer my questions but need some help for recommendations that really helped with the project. Initially I just asked for whatever the top-of-the-line paint was and they suggested since I was potentially new if I thought I would paint slow I should consider a different one. So I actually bought a slightly cheaper one but it turned out fantastic. And they were right… I was a very slow painter! Not every place would recommend the lower price point item because it was right for you. I’ve gone back for the paint for the trim and for some supplies and they have been fantastic every time. Plus when I was looking around for colours from friends every single one of them said make sure you get Benjamin Moore. Shop local!
