CUSTOMER BEWARE: my phone battery was replaced with depleted one and I was scammed of 300 dollars. and I had to go to other professional after repair and was told by him that my battery was not original when it was never replaced beforehand. Dont not trust this company!!!

This store has excellent customer service and are very friendly. We had a crisis with our cell phone and they were able to diagnos the problem and repair it for us! We highly recommend their service and are happy that they exist in a small town, and close to us!

Excellent customer service. I walked in with an issue with my cell phone and Mohsin was very helpful to figure out the problem. I was traveling from the USA and starting having texting problems. He was very passionate about trying to figure out what my ATT tech support couldn't. And happy to say he did it! Thank you!

Was hopeful of having a good experience here, but I guess I should’ve read the reviews first. Brought my iPhone 12 here a couple of weeks ago due to my charger port breaking. I was informed due to my iPhone being a 12, I would have to also need the front screen replaced because it cracks the phone when they switch out the old charger port with a new one.Over a week later of my phone being there, I get my phone back (which I had to call and ask if it was ready yet since they claimed they called me but never did) and the charger port is still finicky - disconnecting and reconnecting on the charger, even with a new charger I purchased after having the original issue. Additionally, I keep my phone in my back or side pocket at work and I started to notice the top left corner of the screen bleeding & the screen not allowing me to click on it on and off.. I never had an issue with my front phone screen and didn’t even go here to have my phone screen replaced I only agreed because he told me I would need to do that in order to get a new charger port.When I went back in a week and a half later to ask to have my phone screen & charger port fixed because it was worsening and had not even been more than a week when these issues started, the owner completely blamed me. He stated that sometimes “we don’t realize” we drop our phones or having pressure on it like an elbow could cause the screen to bleed. He repeatedly told me I dropped my phone when I had not and said there was nothing he could do bc it happened after I brought the phone home. I thought this was so ridiculous, how cheap are the phone screens/ parts your replacing the Apple ones with for them to break that easily from pressure being on it ? $200 later, and a broken phone with more issues than it originally had, the owner told me the only way I was getting my screen fixed was if I paid another fee for a new screen. I wasn’t even able to tell him about the charger port because he was shutting down everything I had to say.Extremely upset with this whole situation and would never recommend this store again.

Enjoyed excellent service, both customer and quality, during my visit. Have been trying multiple screen protector options for my phone with minimal success (various vendors and usually Amazon), and though there was no direct match for my exact phone model, he was able to use one for another device that is already superior to the options I had used in the past. Very fast installation and reasonable pricing while also introducing me to another product that I had seen online before but was apprehensive to purchase. Answered all my questions to satisfaction which lead to an additional purchase that is a win for both of us.Thanks for all the help and for your clear appreciation for your customers!
