Always a great experience. The clerk is super knowledgeable and doesn't put sales in front of customer needs/preference. He helped me lay out a way to cut down from mass vaping with my geek vape rig into a caliburn pod system so I can control my intake. Great prices, comparable to others. My only thing: get that website up!

This used to be a great place to buy vapes and vape juice however lately the in house juice lacks flavour I realize there is a flavour regulation on vapes and vape products however I find the juice extremely harsh as of late upon complaining numerous times I get oh thats unfortunate for you not how can I fix that for you or let me tell the owner about your complaints just basically telling you we’re working on it see you next time also I have an account yet the last 10+ times I’ve been there they have not taken my account details even when asked to do so honestly I hope things change

Never felt the need to leave a review at a vape store besides this one. Rude and ignorant guy working. Told him the exact brand and flavour i was looking for and he started asking if I liked mint. Gave me attitude when I repeated what I wanted, asking “ya but that’s not what I’m asking, do you like mint?”… I told you a specific brand and flavour, and you’re giving me attitude for telling you 3x EXACTLY what I’m looking for? Terrible employee, go somewhere else

Moved to Guelph a few months ago. I had worked in the vape industry for several years so it was great to be able to find a store that I can frequent. The customer service is always top notch, and they are super helpful!Thanks for everything guys! Look forward to seeing ya next time :) PS, everyone who lives in Guelph, and ever needs vape stuff, should go here! Disposables, mods, coils, juice, they got it all and have an awesome selection!

Disappointed. Was sold a defective unit, came back 3 days later to get the device replaced and was told it was against policy, despite the staff being aware that this specific device is occasionally defective. Was told they recommend trying the device before leaving to make sure it works; however, I was never told this upon purchase. Staff was friendly enough, just seems like a bizarre policy for selling faulty products and felt let down with my purchase.// Owner's reply shows a real passion for customer service. Cheers.

Asked if they carried a certain brand over Facebook and was met with a quick helpful response by Jay the owner. Solid, really nice guy. Stopped by the store afterwards and Greg was positive and awesome to deal with. Definitely found my new place to go to for Vape products!
