Been here 5 times. There's a older gentleman does nail very rough. Ask for black got dark purple. Today I ask for French pedicure and nails dipped. There was a lot of confusion so I only got a pedicure in the end it cost $47. I wouldn't recommend this place, it's a hit or miss and most of the time it's a miss. Only one lady is a hit if you get her you'll be good. Most places don't take pride in there work any more so just get stick ons.

Life savers!I have had brittle nails for years and had finally gotten into a nailcare routine that let them grow long and flexible. Unfortunately today I snapped a nail clean off on a microwave button (and of course I have a bunch of events and birthdays in the next week!).I discovered Daisy Nails and, with little hope, popped in and asked if they could help. The amazing technician took me right away (around 7:00pm) and built me a new nail tip (an acrylic tip with powder). She was so thorough and friendly all the while being extremely thorough!She had even offered to paint it but I hadn't brought the polish with me (they didn't have a match). So instead she still added base and top coat to my new nail so I could add polish at home. My new nail is perfect and can strongly grow out again! :DI will 100% be back and would recommend Daisy Nails to anyone looking for quality work at a stellar price!

This was my first time here, I understand it was a busy day but I was expecting them to not rush just because I was paying for their service. I have gotten dipping powder done before and this one of the worst experiences as it cracked in a few days even though I took care of it well. I just wish they spent more time and not rushed since I still would be paying for it.

I used to go here all the time and the staff has changed. I told the girl several times that the water was cold for my pedicure , she wouldn’t fix it. She did not understand what I was saying. Toe nails are rounded and not square like I asked and she doesn’t paint the full nail. She couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. I was disappointed.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a nail salon. Went in for a dip powder manicure. My nails weren’t shaped how I asked (was told it was impossible, even though I get them done elsewhere in this shape all the time). THEN the colour I chose was contaminated with black speckles. This wasn’t noticed until a few coats were applied & I noticed my nails looked like Easter eggs. To which I was then told isn’t their fault & if I wanted it changed I would have to pay for a brand new set, even though as a customer - it isn’t my fault either. Before a top coat is applied, at least one layer can be shaved down & another dark colour can be applied on top. This is how other salons do it, but they claimed they couldn’t. I had 3 nail techs on me telling me no to all suggestions & lecturing me on how she spent so much time on these simple pink nails (with black speckles)….. In the end they put shellac on top of my dip powder (which I hate). So I walked out with insanely shiny nails, that were shaped like uneven diamonds. Save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere !!!

Nice staff, relaxing music, and comfortable chairs! I did ask for black nails and they gave me a purple black and then after that a blue black even though I just wanted black. As well as they didn't evenly cut and file my nails and didn't do enough coats of the black polish. They're are better nail salons in Ottawa

My wife had a terrible experience with her manicure. All of her nails look like the two pictured below. They are rough all over, divots in the nail polish, chips at the end, there are cuts in her skin from a dremel like tool, didn't properly clean up around her cuticle, and the man was rushed the whole time.The worst manicure she's ever had in her entire life!

They were very rough, cut my skin under the nail and it was bleeding. The guy didn’t do anything and just continued on with a horrible job. Extremely rude and way too expensive for the end results you get. Don’t go here… there are better places nearby. Would not give 0 rating if there was an option.

The girl who did my nails was very rough and even hurt my skin. Also, she did a horrible job on the French tips. They charge way too much for just a French shellac manicure. They don’t even give you a 10% discount when you pay in cash. Never coming here again.

Got a mani and pedi after having a terrible month and wanting to treat myself. The pedi was rushed through not even massage and polish all over my toes. Then I got a dip powder manicure and my cuticle got burned the polish is peeling and there are bubbles in one of my nails. I left there wanting to cry. Spending a $100 to feel worse than I did going in.
