I do not understand how MCIS is in business given how it treats its own clients. The person answering the phone to inquire on a booked interpretation service was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with, and this was not an isolated incident. I will recommend going to another provider if you don't want to ruin your day every time you have deal with this company.

Don’t trust this company. They lie and cut corners with people’s money and treat their workers unfairly. There are plenty of alternate translation/interpretation providers that would be able to help you and meet your needs in a much better way

They require proficiency in Urdu in order to hire you as English-Europian languages translator!? I don't get that, so weird and unrealistic.

Definitely recommend to anyone needing translation services. Staff are very professional and very helpful from the moment I entered the office. I came for a project, to learn about the agency, not to get services. I think that every person in this office was attentive, having amazing customer service. Without them knowing reason of why I was there, I would rate them even higher. Very impressed with people skills and knowledge of each person I met in this office. Thank you all for your cooperation.

Perhaps the best language services agency in Toronto. A non profit organization. Conducts full time training and certification programs all round the year for interpreters and translators. Highly qualified and trained staff. Big pool of freelance interpreters and translators in almost all languages. Affordable but highly professional service.
