Best place to shop for all types of flooring. Great customer service, large selection of products, competitive prices. Highly recommended! They gave me great advice, was highly responsive for our needs .Very professional workers installed flooring in two rooms in one day. They did excellent job. They were very helpful at each stage: selection in showroom, estimate/measuring, and installation. The floors are vastly better than what we had. Price was good also. Definitely recommend.

Worse place to get your material from. I worked for them for 3 to 4 years. The owner Rick has no actual construction experience and really doesn't have much knowledge in the flooring industry. They do provide good material but its way over priced and they pay $1 sqft for the installer. Wich is literally getting paid in peanuts. I had to leave working with them because they pay so little. Over 3 years I worked I didn't have much complaints about my job. I told Rick not to book me in anymore around Oct 2020. He held $2000 from my cheque. Still hasn't sent me an invoice. On what it was used for. I inquire about. And he so pity that rather then paying me the money I owe. He pulled up the Callender and said I owe him for job from Jan 2020. Literally a years ago. So save your self the headache please stay away from flooring center. They will take your money and lie to you

Though they didn't have what I was looking for she had great customer service abilities. She actually suggested a competitor for my needs and I found the exact product needed.

We have had a lot of renovations done on our home, the Flooring Centre had good ideas and a great selection. We made a schedule and they kept to it. It was done on time, with talented friendly installers. We were so happy with the work they did we had them put in our back splash in the new kitchen as well.

We have purchased several products and utilized many services from The Flooring Centre. Each and every time we have been extremely happy with the selection of products and the quality. The installation has been excellent as well. A true family business taking care of families and their projects! They truly are a one stop shop for your home renovation needs!

We were interested in a few products at the store but ultimately purchased carpet and laminate.Definitely good products to choose from, but the majority we looked are at premium prices. I found that products at the store cost about double what you find in a big box store, but the quality I would say is better than you will find at a big box as well.Installers did a very good job, but I was disappointed when they left 2 thresholds at doorways unfinished. When the unfinished thresholds was mentioned the installer said we could do that.Also Rick the Owner came in and measured my floor and I double checked his measurements and found he was about 7 boxes of flooring over what I believed we needed. I ended up going with my measurement, and ended up with only one extra box. The only reason I mention this is because they charge a restocking fee for product, which I returned at 25% of the product price. So if I would have gone with Ricks estimate it would have ended up costing me about $150 to return the extra flooring.Overall my opinion is the products they carry are premium quality products, which you pay a premium to buy. For the premium cost, I would say you get average customer service. Generally I try to support local independent business, as I find you get better service, but I would not return here, I found the service pretty average.

I originally put a great review based on the service, and they are very friendly and nice however, when I was finally installing the floors the plastic chipped away easily causing me massive problems. I've installed these types of floors before, and this was a cheap substandard product. Obviously the outlet I bought them from didn't make them however quality assurance is important with any and every company.Do your research.

From start to finish, we were very happy with our floor. Highly recommend!
