The door to my cat's litter box broke and they replaced it for me free of charge rather than wait for the manufacturer to get back to me on it. One of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Will definitely return as a customer of theirs.

Owner would not take back a bag of unopened kibble I purchased from another location bc he would be “losing money” and claimed customers are deliberately purchasing items from other GPF locations and returning them at his store. Contacted head office and they said GPF corporate return policy states that unopened items can be returned at ANY location so I’m not sure why he was making up his own version of the policy and accusing customers like myself of such behaviour. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service displayed.The only saving grace is I appreciated how Head Office amended the situation for the unconvenience Jimmy has caused - kudos to head office! This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for ever being a potential shopper at this location. However, I will continue being a GPF customer but not at this specific franchise.

Great Canadian Pet Food store chain. We are fortunate to have 2 locations minutes from our home at Bathurst and Rutherford and Doncaster. Great selection and very educated friendly staff.

I love the team behind this Global Pets location. Always ready to assist and bring in special orders when you need. It's a pleasure to come here for my dogs' needs and who can resist little Kimchi greeting you at the door from time to time!

We tried different pet shops. Our friend recommended this shop to us, because we were looking for different type of food for our dog. She is suffering from seasonal allergies and we needed no meat product. Great variety of healthy food for animals. Will strongly recommend

Always friendly and has whatever I need , and if not they get it. As well if you purchase 12 (I believe) bags of dog food your 13th is FREE

We only shop at this location for our husky. We live in North York but drive up to this location even though there is another one closer to us. Other pet stores don't compare to this one. We love the owner as he's so kind and helpful - he actually cares about your dog. I picked up a bag of dental treats ($25) and the owner told me not to buy it as its for dogs that are 6+ months. It was so sweet of him to actually care about the health of our dog instead of making a sale. We love the selection they have as well - lots of natural food choices. We will never go anywhere else again! I highly recommend this location!

I am always happy when I come to this store. It is usually the same person who is working and managing this place, and I am always certain the products I want for my cat are always in stock. It's a great place overall. Clean, organized and really simple to find what you are looking for. I will never go elsewhere.
