I'm very thankful that my friend introduced this clinic to me. Helen is a great Chinese medicine doctor. She helped me with my insomnia and headaches, which I had suffered from for so many years. I just finished my last treatment 2 weeks ago, and I'm very happy to say that I'm feeling great now! My headaches were long gone, I'm sleeping 8hrs/night, and I'm happy and full of energy all day. Thank you Helen!

Helen is not only professional and competent but also caring and attentive to my needs. The treatment provided by her is very effective and beneficial.

Dr Yang is very arrogant and told my wife has to take her Chinese medication otherwise is facing to risk of cancer and can not get preganant a year ago. We can not afford her expensive medicine and left. Now my son is four month and my wife is very healthy. Stay away. from here.

Fraud. Don't let the front door fool you into thinking this is a big establishment. If I could give this place 0 STARS, I would. Visited on September 27th, 2017. My experience was horrible. There is only one Chinese Doctor, who simply did not care. She checked my pulse like she was playing the flute and then subsequently diagnosed me with Mild Depression. Absolutely rubbish. When I told her I had lower back pain, she pressed against where I was hurting and said it was a tumor. I asked her for treatment options and she pointed me at the wall. To which I asked sorry what are you referring to?" She impolitely asked me to read the poster which suggested 6 acupuncture sessions. Would not visit here again. Would not recommend others as well."

It is very bad experience in this client. Helen is rude and unprofessional. Rob money without any information about what you take. Scary me if not get treatment will be risky for—- I go to family check the bloom just lower VD and get VD everyday. Now is very good. If you want to health and do not want your money be rob stay away for her.

I would absolutely give dr. Yang more than 5 stars if possible. I’ve known Dr. Yang for a little over a year now and she has not only taken care of my health but also my family’s. My husband’s case was gout. A painful untreatable condition that can only be “managed” under western meds. His MD was about to put him on lifetime meds and that’s when I said “hell no”. I convinced my CBC husband to accept Chinese treatment and I’m happy to say that now (a little over a year), he no longer has recurrences EVEN after enjoying his beloved beer and red meat (in moderation). Dr. Yang has shown compassion and care so I don’t understand negative reviews about her capabilities and care. I met Dr. Yang as a walk-in. I did “test” her in the beginning with little things before committing to a long term treatment and I’m glad I did. I haven’t looked back since. It hard to find a credible TCM doctor as there are a dime a dozen. I genuinely believe that dr. Yang has put her experience and knowledge obtained through the years in practice here in Toronto and I’m so grateful that she chose TO as her home.

The front desk was very rude - after one month of treatment, I didn’t feel any better (I actually felt worse) so I called to make another appointment to figure out why, but shockingly she said: “if you are not feeling any better and the treatment is useless, then why are you still calling and wasting your money?” I have never seen a practice that is so irresponsible. I chose to pay for the treatments out of trust but now I am hugely disappointed.

This place provides the best physical therapy for sports injuries and body pain. The clinic is clean and the doctor is also very nice. I strongly recommend this place as the acupuncture therapy can be applied to treat different types of diseases. Moreover, the therapy is also efficient. Each session usually takes around 1 hour and it usually only takes around one month at least to recover sports injuries or body pain.

I have been to this clinic for several months. The treatment is very effective. The doctor and staff are friendly and the clinic is always neat and tidy. They also prepare the herbal decoration for patients, so I don't have to spend time to boil the medication and leave my house smelling weird.

Money grabbing. Not a good TCM clinic.
