It was much easier than I thought it would be. I became a non-smoker the first session. I had cravings, but managed to get past them with various methods. The relaxation is handy for many things. It's helping me to sleep more deeply.

Pauline is intuitive and very insightful. She helped me through dark fears regarding health after a battle with illness. Other Programs and Therapy only got me so far.
