Always a horrible experience at this pharmacy and I pick up prescriptions here on a monthly basis. The pharmacy staff are always incredibly rude and will not answer questions properly and make the process of dropping off/picking up a prescription more difficult. Highly recommend switching to the Shoppers down the road at Upper Middle, as that is what I am currently in the process of doing to avoid this poor customer service and the constant issues I experience every month prescriptions are renewed.Update: I went to pick up my prescriptions (after a headache on the phone back and forth from Friday-Sunday) and they only provided me with one of the two prescriptions. As stated in my original review, always guaranteed a horrible experience at this location.

Avoid this pharmacy. It's often like your playing a game to get your prescription. They appear to dread you approaching the counter and yet there are 4 of them back there counting out pills and putting them in bottles. Something always goes wrong. 2 days to get a routine med. Gave me the wrong refill despite me using the correct code. Gave me one bag with pills but left the other separately on the floor.

Called at 905pm on a Thursday to speak with customer service; no such luck - first call listened to music for 15 min then hung up. 2nd call held for 10 min then hung up. 3rd call dialed the boutique asked for customer service and ok out on hold again - for 10min. Is there really no one physically working in the store????? How do I speak to someone!!!! Definitely a ZERO for this store.

If I could, I would give a minus 100I called the pharmacy, waited for over 20 minutes for someone to answer. I cut the line and waited for about an hour and called back and was on hold with music for another 25 minutes or so and finally Monica answered. She placed me back on hold and after waiting for another 17-18 minutes I gave up. I read through some of the other comments and man this place should not be in business let along dealing with sick and unwell people. The staff is rude, don't care to place people on hold and lazy. Way to go management!

Great customer service and quick to respond to your query.This location is also very busy and closest to my kids school. Had to pick a few things in a jiffy. Must appreciate the staff for helping me with my search.Things are well displayed and easy to navigate.

The 1 star is for the post office clerk who worked after 5pm shift 2 days ago in this store.I debated 2 days but decided speaking up may help others. My experience was only 2 minutes to buy a postage for ONE letter.This clerk seemed was preoccupied by her personal issues or had a very bad day. She was very impatient, rude, and rolled her eyes because I didn’t know what to do after paying my postage. Her tone was like she is sitting in such a higher hierarchy position than others. Her demeanour amazed me.Hope she will have training on proper customer service.

Just had a great experience with the digital center getting a passport photo. Used to get awful photographs everywhere I go. Today I was lucky to get my passport photos by a professional called Andrew. He was really patient and got me the best passport shots I ever got. Thanks Andrew

The pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever been to. Lazy staff tell you to return in a few hours later for prescribed medication, then have you wait an extra 15min upon arrival, then 50/50 chance they actually have it. Word of advice - update your verification process to ensure you actually have the medication at the start of intaking customers instead of making matters worse for those who desperately need their medication. You ppl are disgusting.

Great location and convenient store for the residents in the Trafalgar/Dundas St West neighborhood.It's a big pharmacy store with a post office inside. You can get both prescription and over the counter medicine here, along with most household stuff. You can find all the cosmetics products at their Beauty Boutique section which is within the premise.
