This room was assigned for a double amputee. The first room assigned, there was no room for wheelchair to access even the bathroom. The second room, the chair was able to enter meanwhile could not shut the door. Also there were no handicap handles in the bathroom and only a shower, no tub. The shower doors were too flimsy, therefore a shower was totally unusable. The experience was truly unacceptable. With laws for handicap accessible in hotels, this one would definitely receive a failling grade.

Yesterday, we had a stay at this hotel. I have to say I was very happy about the room and liked the little warm welcoming notes from the general manager Ms. Nadia very much. I was even so excited to tell my friends that they should have a stay in this hotel if they visit London. However, this morning, when I took my little dog for a walk around 6am, when I returned to the hotel, the front desk gentleman helped me open the door and asked my room number. I was questioned whether to tell the hotel we have a dog with us. OF COURSE WE DID, and we even put a note when we booked the room. And the gentleman was even pointed my dog said: do you know there is a charge for the dog?" OF COURSE I KNEW. I said to him that we told you front desk already yesterday

Well, going through chemotherapy and radiation and I spent 7 weeks here. Over the top fantastic staff anything you need is done! clean as a whistle, and great company! Five star for sure. Well, I might be a little bit jaded because of what I was going through but not quite sure where else I would have been other than these folks, I highly recommend! Keep up the awesome work guys, I am quite aware of that all the staff knows me.

My family had a very nice stay in this place. As a new comer in Canada, they have made the place like home for us.My kids are happy with the friendly staffs. My daughter was obsessed with their pancakes for breakfast. The customer service starting from the online/phone booking, manager, receptionists and housekeeping was very nice and pleasant. The room was kept clean and tidy which us really important for me.We even decided to come back after a few weeks and then stayed for more weeks. The place is very accessible to the landmarks (getting SIN, bank, restaurants, school & church nearby).

If you need to stay in London, Ontario this is the place I would recommend. Most buildings downtown are older and this Residence Inn was in surprising great shape. The rooms were very modern and clean and the lobby was going through a fresh renovation so I'm sure the entire hotel will look new in no time. Breakfast was better than the typical free breakfast with a larger than usual variety of foods and drinks. Additionally I would say the central location make it prefect for walking to nearby restaurants and pubs and easy driving access to all of the major routes.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now for work. It’s really nice to have separate rooms for privacy when travelling with coworkers. Also we’ve had up to 8 people staying in multiple rooms. We would all hang out in one room with no issues. Always lots of seating. No sitting on the edge of a bed. Having a kitchen is nice for all of the beverages. I noticed this past weekend there was a large group there for a hockey tournament. These hallways are not long, so no kids running the halls. The rooms are very unique. It’s almost like it used to be an old apartment building. Our most recent room was fully renovated and clean. Really no complaints. If my family ever has to stay in London we will stay here. No pool though.

We stayed here for my daughters dance competition, it was in the perfect location to get to and from. The employees were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Having a kitchen was such a bonus, it was fully equipped with anything you need to cook all meals (saved a lot of money because of this) the free breakfast is great they even have gluten free options which I was very happy about, the hostess even toasted my bread in a separate toaster ! Will stay again in the future for sure!

A fantastic place to stay while visiting London, expecially if you plan to be there for more than a few days. The rooms are excellent - more like an apartment than a hotel room. Great value for the price.

This place was great. Room was more than we were expecting. All staff we met were fantastic. I loved that the one employee, when asked, said 'no we would never charge more for an accessible room' LOVE it. If we are back in London, we will stay here again.

Rooms were okay as one would expect. Typical. Quiet.Underground parking is beyond tight to even drive into, and spaces are limited and tiny.Hotel location is central but not very convenient to any amenities or anything else in the immediate area.Front desk staff was less than helpful. Asked for a late checkout and was offered 30 minutes even though the room wasn't booked beyond yet. Why bother having a late checkout. Lack of common sense. The area does not come across as being a very safe place to walk at night either. We also asked pre-checkout for a quiet meeting room that we could use after our checkout to have an online meeting, as the Business Center" was in the noisy lobby area and the overhead music was loud. They would not offer to turn down the music
