Good food, BAD EXPERIENCE. It's not about the extra $3 I was charged. It's the fact that these people know nothing about customer service. The deal on Mondays is the Standard Burger, Small fries and a pop for $10. I clarified this on the phone, ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, but stated I was not wanting the pop. When I picked up the food, I was charged the regular price for the burgers and fries. I didn't notice it at that time.Today, I stopped by with my receipt to point out the error. I was told because pop is part of the combo I don't get the deal. THEY CHARGED ME $3 MORE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO TAKE 2 POP!!! Ludicrous.I told the employee I would take the pop, plus my $3 refund and was refused. And yes, I was angry. The employee called the owner and they would not honor the sale price. While I was dealing with this, a customer came in, but left. So now, Meltwich has lost 2 customers. Sad.

We have gotten meltwich a couple times for takeout and it’s always good- the fries were one of my favourites. The other day we got takeout again and had a different opinion. The fries taste like they were cooked the day before, we actually threw one of our large away cause we just couldn’t eat them. The kids meal we got was 50% fry end pieces and we only got about one and a quarter chicken strips as one was about the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. The whole meal also ended up in the garbage.I will say that the burgers were just as good as they usually are and we enjoyed those but I could have spent $25 on two burgers instead of $50 for the rest of it to go in the garbage.

Wife and I were looking for something new to try and we saw Meltwich Co.Absolutely loved our food, something out of the ordinary for us, definitely gonna to be coming back. Great service, person at the counter was polite.Menu was a bit overwhelming, I'd recommend check it out online first as they have a lot.

Ordered on doordash multiple times and always been pleased with my food when it arrived. Went in for the first time after 9:00pm today and fully expected a slightly disgruntled worker unhappy to be working late. Was pleasantly surprised by a very polite staff member with a great positive attitude.Space looked very clean and well kept. Very impressed and happy to see such a great business in Warman.

Amazing customer service, open to recommendations if you would like something different than what is offered on the menu! Super friendly and authentic place to eat. I got the avocado bacon melt and it was definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The tots are amazing too. Overall amazing place to eat if you are looking for a quick bite in Warman.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I've been to many places but nothing can beat this location. The customer service is awesome. I had a chance to speak with the owner she made sure that I was comfortable and came to check on me. Very sweet lady. As a foodie the flavours are good. The quality of the chicken was delicious with a side of fries n gravy yes please! Definitely will be back asap. Keep it up guys!

This place has the feeling of a bistro with the food service style of a fast food joint. The melt I had was so good. The poutine was ok. Staff were very friendly.

I am eating the Spicy Steak Poutine right now. It is Fantastic. It is put together and presented very well.The portion fits the price, and that makes me happy.The service is great as well, and the restaurant is clean.10/10 would eat here again.

I was visiting Warman and wanted to try something different for lunch. I had never heard of Meltwich before so we decided to give it a try. Sandwiches with melty stuff in it...sounded like a winner to me.My sister tried the signature sandwich Tattooed Chicken Club, with onion rings. It was a bit larger than she thought because she couldn't quite finish it all, but she really enjoyed it.I was more indecisive on what I wanted because it all looked good. I landed on the Monster Melt. It's a sandwich made from grilled cheese buns, toppings, hamburger patty, and Mac and Cheese, with fries. It was like eating a heart attack on a bun, but what a delicious way to go.If you haven't tried this place before...treat yourself; you won't be sorry.
