Great collection of items, friendly stuff but i personally found this store to be bit on the pricier side as same items can be found in different stores or amazon at lower price.

Returns not possible after assembly. I visited store within 24hrs of buying a rocking chair as it didn't meet my expectations (didn't feel it's safe for my child) but they refused to take it back and advised me to Google about the item before purchasing.I would say go with other stores/sites where customer's satisfaction is given more importance than resale" of the item."

Bad in-store pickup experience and bad online chat customer service experience - agents closed chats multiple times when they can't answer a question. Babies R Us - wouldn't buy from them if I don't have to.Changed to 3 stars as the manager reached out to solve the issue.
