I ask for traditional salad..i asked to cut my cucombers and tomatoes in 2 like they do in any other subway and he refuse saying if he was to cut him self doing it the CSST would not cover him and i i sa thwy do it all the rime he told me i dont dare but i won t do it...i isk for the name of the manager and he gave me the name saying that the manager wont wo anythink because he s just replacing there...and to find out there waa a longggggg hair in my salad...second bad experience there and the last one for sure unless thw manager contact me to talk about this...

I had to order a wrap without bacon the person heard that word ( without bacon realized that i’ m arab he screamed at me and he gave me the worst costumer service you can imaging i remained calm , and i will taki this to the concerned authorities .

Had the worst customer experience in my life by an employee named Brandon. This is the second time I have had bad customer service from him, I figured he might have been having a bad day but there is definitely a behavioural pattern. He was rude and arrogant, when my girlfriend asked him questions about ordering a salad he berated her because she was taking time to decide what toppings she wanted, with only one person in line after her. As long as he works there I will not be going back to this location.

Sandwich artist had hard time to understand and speak English and me in French. Although, she served in a better way. It's not a busy location. We choose to dine in and it was fine.

It was good experience but the subway artist was only working by her on Sunday evening. Natasha was doing her job very well and perfectly, loved my subway. But it was slow due to shortages of staff and had to wait for more then 20 minutes.
