Alderney Hearing Centre

I received a warm welcome form all staff and the director during both trips to Alderney Hearing Centre. My hearing aid was was of immediate help and Allyson took time to go over all features of this hearing Aid. This is important as the device I use is important to me as a legally blind person. Imagine the challenge of living in a world with poor hearing and blindness. I look forward to my next visit soon. Dennis McCormackt isit.

This group provides professional, comprehensive care in a comfortable setting and atmosphere. All questions are answered in a manner that is understandable for patients regardless of training. The exam is carried out efficiently but the patient does not feel rushed. Excellent.

I have been working with Alderney Hearing Center for 16 years and I have nothing but praise for the excellent advice and services they provide. Their recommendations and the instruments provided have always proven to be very beneficial for me. Their audiologists and support staff are very knowledgeable and personable and always make the extra efforts that can be required by people like myself with a difficult to treat hearing loss.

What a great experience. The staff are all very helpful and courteous and certainly very knowledgeable in their field. I was put at ease immediately by the reception and helpful advice of Rachel at the front desk and continued to experience this high level of care and service during my tests and evaluations with Lyndsay. I highly recommend this facility and staff for Hearing Care.Well I just recently had my 6 month assessment and tune-up for my hearings aids. As per my initial visit the attention provided by all the staff was great. I am convinced I couldn't be mire pleased I selected this hearing centre for my continuing care.Yearly check-up today.Some staff changes since my last visit but the high quality of service continues.Jessica at the reception was very professional and knowledgeable both with my past dealings with her predecessors and the well established office procedures made the transition to new friendly faces transparent. My experience at the Alderney clinic today was great! The location and parking was convenient but most of all the friendly and professional staff were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend Alison, she was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well.
