Khalid Nurae Dr

Nurae himself is a decent doctor, but the clinic is not. Not a clean facility; patient beds not cleaned/paper covers not replaced, equipment scattered everywhere, and they do not change mouth and ear pieces between patients — this last point is especially disturbing.

The new receptionist is beyond rude and inconsiderate. From booking to the way she speaks to you on the phone. I’ve never had someone speak down to me in such a manner. The level of utter disrespect for no reason needs to be addressed by Dr Nurae. I’ve been going to him for 5 years and am considering leaving him due to be being a healthy individual who only goes for regular exams and checks which any doctor in the city can do. To be treated so poorly for absolutely no reason by someone that works with the public is disgusting. I’m so confused as to why she treats everyone with such a poor demeanour. I witnessed her talking down to an elderly man while waiting for my appointment, just horrible to witness. This woman should not be working with the public.

Dr. Nurae has been my family doctor for years. He is patient, kind and very smart. My entire family sees him and we all have nothing but great things to say.

Nice Doctor , but has not been professional in reporting my sleep apnea to the MTO . I lost my driving license and my two part time jobs . He didn’t take me aside and explained that he had do it and did it behind my back . I got the notice in the mail from the MTO 4 days later my license is suspended and has been since October 20 /22

We have been with Dr.Nurae for quite some time now and ever since the new receptionist has started there we have not wanted to go. She is rude and disrespectful. We used to be able to see him whenever when it comes to refills and check ups. Not anymore! Just called in to see if I could talk to him quickly so I could get an xray done for my ribs.. She said no and won't see me until next TUESDAY.. It is only Wednesday.. Now I need to go to a hospital and sit for hrs. So disappointed on how this clinic has changed.. Time for something better.
