Boardwalk Burgers Fries and Shakes
Ordered food though a delivery service. A whole order was missed. Got a call from the manager and he told me to come get it. I live 20 minutes from the store and was not offered a new burger or a resolution. Just a we will try better next time. Not our first run in with this location. Do not recommend.

Boardwalk Burgers Fries and Shakes
Service was a tad slow but when I received the burger I realized it was because the patty had been cooked fresh to order. Good quality meat and a juicy patty while still hot. I would recommend eating in as I don't think the burger would be as juicy takeaway or delivery. A little pricey but if you want a real homemade fresh burger, this is the spot.

Food was really good the only reason gave 3 star is Waited in line for with no one else in it for 3 minutes before being asked to order. Order took 8 minutes to get after placing order. With my food I did not get shake I asked for. .... Machine being filled so now waiting longer. so 17 minutes after ordering received shake. Shake was liquidy and not mixed well. Burger was great,store was clean, staff were clueless but everything else terrible... I finished eating and waited what seemed like forever getting shake I told staff if would have told me be forever for shake would have just gotten a pop. Not a good first impression. I would not recommend unless u like average food and terrible service and everything overpriced.

Service was blah. It was close to closing, but could have been more serviceable. To want us to come back and eat. The onions rings where very good siracha burger is not amazing. The garden salad was great. We will be back. Maybe skip the dishes

Boardwalk Burgers Fries and Shakes
Only $10 more expensive than McDonald's for a family of 4, and that includes milkshakes. Milkshakes are incredible, burgers taste homemade, the buns are great. The french fries are okay and taste like they were frozen for a while. With fresh cut fries, double fried this would be a 5 star burger joint on par with 5 Guys and Fat Burger.

Visit: May 2023Visited and they didn't have burgers as their grill was broken, so the only option was fried chicken. I had the spicy chicken burger, which took a while to come out but was extremely fresh, to where I actually burned myself on the first bite. The chicken was juicy and crunchy, but the patty was small, especially for the price.Overall, pretty good, better than average. The restaurant was pretty average and average service

Boardwalk Burgers Fries and Shakes
Ordered a double Sriracha burger and cheddar bacon ranch fries. Waited over 20 minutes for my food, checked it before leaving and the burger was a single not a double. No biggie, go in and get the issue corrected. Manager gave a coupon for a free milkshake and a discount for next time. Get home and see that not only was it the wrong burger but the fries were the incorrect ones as well. Tried phoning to let them know that they screwed not once but twice in one small order but the number is not active, probably for reasons exactly like this. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.Edit: Despite the attempt by the reply from the business to explain away my review it was in fact the north east location this took place at, I would be more than happy to share photos of the incorrect order, and the coupons I received for a free shake and discount. Perhaps whomever is in charge of review replies should speak with their in store staff on these issues more frequently before replying with blatantly incorrect events.
