Mini Mays Cookies

Mini Mays cookies are amazing! We have bene on the hunt for gingerbread Lindt and can't fin them, but mini may's gingerbread cookies beats Lindt! So glad we tried them, definitely check this place out :)

Such a cute cookie (and cupcake) shop. Love the pink interior. Amazing customer service, super nice. The cookies were delicious, so buttery & soft. Tons of variety to choose from! You need to try this place out!

This is my 4th time coming in. Everytime service is horrible. They never say hello. Talk to quietly that you can't understand anything. The cookies taste burnt and ok. The brownies are pretty good. But the service really needs to be better. I asked her a few questions they ignored me and just said what do u want. So quietly.

Hope this place can open up again soon. I haven't been able to go since shortly after they opened, and I have missed their cookies so much. They opened up here and there over the past year or so but never seemed to be when I was in town and also emails go completely unanswered. If and when they open again, I will be back.

The baked goods are amazing but the customer service is extremely lacking. Went in there for a treat a few times. I couldn't understand them. This was my second time coming in. It was a different person and they still treated me the same.

Not sure how anyone could give them a bad review! The lady was absolutely amazing! She shared her honest opinion since we couldn’t pick between flavours! Cookies were amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Popped in today not knowing they’d only been open 2 days and picked up a half dozen cookies for $15. There were about 10 (maybe more) different flavour options that all sounded delicious! The woman behind the counter (who I can only assume is the owner) was extremely friendly and you could really tell she cared about the business. I barely made it to my car before opening the box and trying one and it was delicious! I’m so excited to see what the future has in store for Mini May’s and I know I’ll be back... perhaps even again this weekend. Happy I’m able to support such a tasty local business :).

Today we stopped in to Mini May Cookies, just because we had never been. The cookies were large and tasted great. I would go back again. We had a cherry white chocolate and a pink sprinkle cookie.My only complain is about the packaging, because our cookies had a soft topping it really stuck to the top of the bag and was not easy to put back together. Additionally the cookie was put in with the stamp side down and the ink got all over my white counter. So some consideration could be looked at there, but overall the product as good.

The cookies and their baked good are definitely five stars but I had to give a 3 star rating as the customer service was really disappointing and ruined my first experience visiting this bakery.I had a few friends visiting from out of town and we happened to stumble upon this bakery in the plaza. We were excited (not realizing their closing time was in 3 minutes) as we walked in the store with the intention of purchasing. My friends and myself each bought an order of different baked goods, while the employee was rushing us and was a bit rude (almost as if she would rather not us buy and close up the shop). She mentioned the store was closing in one minute and even gave a bit of attitude when she asked our orders. You would think she appreciate that as consumers we were all giving this bakery business but it definitely ruined the experience for all of us. However, we all do admit we really enjoyed the cookies and bars, and so did our families as we made sure to purchase enough to share at home!

The cookies were not enjoyable and they were overpriced for what they were. I was confused by the fact that they were cold whilst a sign in the shop clearly says warm cookies". Extremely disappointing seeing as their counterpart (Debrodnik's Donuts) always provides quality."
