I contacted them for a warranty claim for my Eibach springs. They replied promptly to my emails and within a few days I had replacement parts at my door. Very happy with the customer support from Chris and Eibachs million mile warranty.

I have a broken Eibach spring. It was purchased around 7 years ago and I no longer have the receipt. Chris and John were excellent to work with and Chris ended up getting me a full replacement on warranty. I could not be happier with their service!

Amazing customer service. Emailed Chris on Friday late afternoon regarding warranty and by Wednesday I had the replacement parts waiting for me at home. Couldn’t be any happier. Thank you for the great service.

I had a broken Eibach spring, Sent in photo and receipt as Chris requested. He sent a replacement set right away. Chris was man of his word. I enjoyed dealing with him.

one of the worst wholesaler/ parts distributor we've ever trying to work with. was referred by eibach usa to purchase through them, email response was extremely slow, on average 4 days for them to reply one email. one instance we emailed on june 1 and never got a reply until june 20th. send them all account opening docs and now is july 11th, account is still not open.will never purchase through them again...
