Jessica made the process of buying our first house so efficient! She was always reading available to answer all of our questions. While we had a difficult and drawn out process Jessica’s positivity and enthusiasm and ability to quickly react and help in anyway she can quickly ease our anxiety about the process. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was the best part of our entire first time buying experience!

We found Jessica through Facebook and were impressed by her proactive approach -- she answered many of the questions we had about the logistical challenges of house-hunting in Nova Scotia from Ontario before we even asked them.She got us viewings for all the houses we wanted to see and made sure we didn't miss anything as she walked us through each of them via FaceTime.She was also very helpful during a hectic closing day, helping us work through a couple complications that arose (unrelated to her!) and making sure our move to the province went as smoothly as possible.

Jessica helped us move provinces, virtually, without a hitch on her end; she was the most reliable of all the people we dealt with through this process. She responded promptly to our calls, emails and offered support, even with a time zone difference. She provided reliable contacts in Nova Scotia who have also been helpful in making a smooth transition.
