Rich was our realtor and he was fantastic! We've had previous realtors before and in my experience they will sign you up to receive MLS listings and you will do all the searching and just let them know which houses you want to view. In addition to this, Rich was also always actively looking for and suggesting places for us to look at which was amazing! He also had us in mind whenever there were new listings or houses that he knew were going to come onto the market. The house we actually ended up buying was one that I didn't even consider or want to look at but Rich suggested we look at it as he thought it would be a great fit for us. And he was right! I honestly couldn't be happier in our new beautiful neighborhood/home! We are so thankful that Rich encouraged us to look at it! He was always quick to reply and get us into showings. Richard was a great realtor! I phoned him Saturday 6pm and he was able to line up several showings for Sunday. One of these houses ended up being the one we bought and he played a huge part in our successful offer!

We loved dealing with Richard! He is very professional, digs into the properties to find any dirt (which is great for buyers) and is full of resources. Communication was always A1 and punctual. We would definitely recommend him and call him back next time we are on the market.
