Tantalize Tanning Lounge

I was given 50 minutes in tanning as a gift pre covid. I was never informed that these minutes expired. When I called yesterday I was told there were no minutes on my account. I spoke with the manager who said, “There is nothing I can do”.This is disappointing. If I was ever informed of these minutes expiring I’d understand but I was not. . More covid recovery and excuses maybe. I feel like they stole my money and refused to do anything when I found out. Terrible customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one who lost minutes because of covid or not being informed of their expiration.There are plenty of other places to go tanning I won’t do business with an untrustworthy salon.

Have been using the facility for some years now and have never been disappointed with the results. Staff is reliable and professional, friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend this facility any time. And oh yes, not to mention best “ bang for your buck”. Minute for minute purchased is what you get. Fabulous.

Staff is awesome, business itself is great. Down sides are prices are high & hours are super unaccommodating. The google hours are wrong, I just drove all the way there thinking they closed at 8pm but they closed at 6pm on a Tuesday.

Rules just changed you can’t share your minutes anymore like you used too.. gonna go somewhere else we’re i can buy package of minute to share with my wife. Very disappointed used to be a nice spot, and if the rules didn’t change I would have been buying more minutes. (Sorry you can share- but new rules only allow you to transfer 25 minute minimum…so it’s not sharing minute anymore) it was an honest review of your new policy

Staff is absolutely amazing, highly recommend. Clean facility and well taken care of. Great to get in and get along with my day!

We use their facilities every year for 4-6 wks before we go south to help prep my fair skin. The ladies are always so kind and pleasant. The facility is always immaculate and very well stocked with products. Their monthly tanning rates are great and always have specials on minutes, like $5 Fridays n such. The owner Tanya is very in touch with her growing business. Well done!!!

Lost my DIAMOND ring here. I was the last person to use the bed and I went to see them as soon as they opened. They refused to let me see video footage claiming it was broken and later saying the video doesn't show my ring at a certain angle. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she would call me...she has not called me since it has been 2 weeks. I am not accusing them of stealing it but they sure as hell didn't make me feel like they cared or even made an effort to help. So I would say horrible customer service...UPDATE. The girl at the front desk specifically told me that I was the last one to use the tanning room. I asked you guys for the camera footage of me walking in and out to I can see if I had my ring on and I ALSO asked the bank the bank allowed me to look and I was wearing my ring so I can safely CANCEL them out. BTW I was not threatening to file a police report I have and I need to because that is the responsible thing to do. You have been mia during this whole process so please do not even act like I accused anyone. I never even got the chance to speak to anyone in order to accuse you. As you can see this establishment is rude, insensitive and diffinetly not helpful.
