Smudge Metaphysical Boutique & Botanica

I absolutely LOVE the new location. The place is not only breathtakingly beautiful but also has a very peaceful atmosphere. There is a HUGE selection of products available. The art and placement of products, furniture and decorations are absolutely gorgeous and inviting. I was welcomed right away by the employees and found that not only are they ready to help but make you feel at ease and are easy to talk to. I tend to feel anxiety when having to ask for help but the young ladies made me feel very comfortable. I'm truly impressed by the owners dedication to her store, how she trained her employees and the environment she created. I truly have nothing negative to say.I'll be going back to buy more products for my home. I also love that they have CAT TOYS available!! I want to get the bat and the cat!!!!Autumn really helped me out she's adorable, kind and helpful ! And Erica is very kind and helpful! Love the girls there.

I’m from out of town, but every time I visit Windsor I try to stop in at Smudge. It is one of my favourite witchy store with a huge selection of incense, candles, books and the owner makes her own brews! Definitely worth checking out if you like curio stores.

Such a wonderful shop staffed with absolutely wonderful people. As someone who isn’t always able to get around/out of the house, each and every one of my online orders were shipped and packed with so so so much love and care. I finally got the chance to go to the in person store today for some early holiday shopping and general curious perusing. It was so wonderful. Thank you for making an extremely anxious girl feel welcomed, happy, and comfortable.

The variety of items in this Boutique were wonderful they have so much to offer from teas/tinctures/dreamcatchers/ candles, Insense and so much more!I loved the Free Dixie cup sample- tea of the day/Month ect. It was so calming.The staff were super friendly and helpful in finding the right items at my price points as well

Love this place! It's super cute and has everything you can possibly want or need. The staff here are super nice and helpful can't say enough good things about them

The store is very well laid out and very friendly feeling. Even though there's a lot if stock, things are clearly marked and clearly priced. It's brightly lit, but the lighting is also gentle. There's was obviously a lot of time and love put into it.The store has a green earth feeling, when it was worth going to, in the early 2000s.The CSR people are very nice and informative. There was absolutely no pressure to buy something and they didn't try to upsell. I'm not a metaphysical person, but I enjoy various incense and crystals.Very pleasent and would highly suggest coming here.

This place was so lovely! The 2 ladies working (one was Sarah) were very helpful and pleasant with great energies as they treated my family and I like good friends. The store looked fabulous and well stocked. It was my first trip ever to a metaphysical store, as I’m from a small northern community :( it was just so nice to actually be in a physical location instead of online. I’m glad it was Smudge I got to go to ♥️ Would gladly come back next time I’m in the area

Incredible place! A hidden jem of everything you don't know you want until you walk in. Go in on leisure time. You will need it.

Absolutely love this location!!Employees had a very positive attitude, very helpful, patient and pleasant. Left the store feeling uplifted and calm :)
