Bus was clean & comfortable and buying online made the whole process super easy. We were delayed a little (25 minutes?) with traffic and then slower driving due to snow, so give yourself some extra time if at all possible. A nice, cheap way to get from one place to the next.

Worst online booking system ever (crashes repeatedly on mobile devices), tacks on a $6.00 service fee on Web-Only Fares after taxes at check-out for some mysterious reason--absolutely no explanation as to what this is. Frequent delays and late buses. Impossible to cancel tickets conveniently or over the phone. Unfortunately the only option for inter-city bus travel in my area, terrible schedules. Skip it and hitch-hike instead.

My 13 year old took the bus from Penticton to Kelowna and they didn't inform either side (dropping off or picking up), that the bus was delayed an hour. We paid extra money for him to go as an unaccompanied minor and I think we should have been informed. On the up side, the driver was awesome!

As someone who works in customer service I was not at all happy with the service, or lack of service that I experienced at the kelowna greyhound terminal. The employee working at the time was rude, negligent, and displayed no desire to help. Not only did she fail to inform any of the travellers that the bus would be running almost three hours late, leaving them confused, but when I went up to enquire about how late the bus would be I was given a very rude, abrupt answer that lacked any kind of empathy. She completely neglected other travellers, and locked up and left about 20 minutes before we departed leaving several people confused, upset and without help. The only saving grace for me was the bus driver and people who helped me with my bags. They were very kind, however I would avoid this terminal if possible.

Judith is amazing!!! Best customer service EVER!!! I would like to tell the drivers that they are champion HERO'S for driving because it's very snowy and icy outside. I LOVE the Greyhound and appreciate everyone who is a part of the team so much!!!!

I truly believe this is the one and ONLY Greyhound in the world that actually answers the phone and the people are friendly and helpful. However I will most likely never send a parcel on the bus again. 4 days after leaving Kelowna on route to Ontario, its still in Calgary. Thats what $55 in courier express gets me....not cool!

I get tickets for a bus ride that takes us from Vancouver to Kelowna round trip. Two big issues, the first one (these only applied on the trip back) is that even with assigned seating, i was separated from my partner for the 5-7 hour trip all the way back from Kelowna. Second issue, the bus had no AC, so we had to open all the windows, which in theory does cool down the bus, but to the point where EVERY passenger was feeling extremely cold and it was noticeable. I've traveled using Greyhound many times, but this has been the most unprofessional i have ever experienced it. The saving grace, is that the bus driver was funny, and also very friendly on the trip back, and by no means is this a complaint to him, only on the overall experience on the bus ride.

Woman at the ticket counter was no help to my wife and I or any other customers in the building. Her reply to all questions was ask the bus driver, after waiting at the terminal for 6 hours were finally on our way! Going to miss our connecting bus and no refunds!! What a f***ing joke. Hire a robot it would be more helpful. Cheers!

Buses are run down. Suspension is awful. The cabins have no sound deadening, engine noise is insanely loud compared to other bus companies in Canada. Wi-Fi and power sockets for each seat is the only saving grace.

I know you can't control the weather. But there are things like CB radios and cellular telephones and display monitors like they have in the airport for departures and arrivals. There is absolutely no reason why people should have to sit and wait for hours without any information about what is going on with their ride. Maybe if you charged an extra dollar per ticket you might be able to update your customers as to the status of scheduled trips
