descent foods, atmosphere. I ordered a takeout at their desk. when i was paying, the waitress put in my order number and selected a big fat 20% of tip for me. Truly one of the services of all time. Enjoy your $10 from me Jessica or whatever your name is. would never recommend anyone to eat at this chain ever again. bravo

Cactus Club Cafe
I went here for my friends birthday and the lady that served us was so nice and patient w us. Portofino spaghetti is so good and the truffle fries are soooo good too. The New York cheese cake is creamy and not 2 sweet. The raspberry syrup I believe it was on the cheese cake really valences the sweetness of the whipped cream and the cheese cake since the syrup was sour.

We went to cactus club for a lunch celebration with 6 adults attending. Our server was amazing: she took our drink order in a timely manner, took out meal & dessert order in a timely manner and checked on us regularly. She was kind and friendly. Our food was amazing. We got a Zen sushi as a starter, wish we had gotten two. We each had a different entree and each person seemed very happy with what they chose. Gosh, the food looked and tasted amazing. They adjusted the dish for my no dairy preference (for the peppercorn steak).

Usually love this place but can’t believe I paid $40 for their new dish and have them to put it in a small box for everything to just mush together. Disgusting. Everything is soaked in juice.Edit: Cactus Club reached out to me and took care of my expense which I appreciate. Review updated to 5 stars for following up.

Cactus Club Cafe
Haven't been to cactus in years. The menu is quite eclectic. Not bad, had the ravioli.. a bit too rich for me. The teriyaki bowl was good. The staff I think could use improvement. Our server was good, but the rest of the staff seem to be all busy preening or involved with their own private conversation.

I went there for my birthday dinner and noted birthday" on the reservation under is it a special occasion. But nothing was different during the experience than if I had gone for any other meal. I've been previously at cactus club where I've seen other tables get sung happy birthday and a complimentary slice of dessert

Went for an early bite to eat just before five pm on a Thursday. We were promptly seated and had an attentive and polite server. We had spaghetter with shrimp and steak frites. Both were very good.Parking was okay and the restaurent not crowded at this time of day.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Made a reservation for Sunday evening. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated.Food was good.Our server was excellent.Ordered 2 Caesars, 2 margaritas, and a mock tail, which were made very well. However, we ordered two more margaritas that tasted off.
