Sunnyside Music School
Our two young ones recently started weekly piano lessons at Sunnyside Music School. Lesson day is now the highlight of the week - they literally argue over who gets to practice first when we get home. Thanks for making learning an instrument so much fun!

I was looking for a music school for my daughter and I found this one, and I registered my daughter into piano lessons. I didn't know what to expect at first and when I talked to them they were all so kind, patient, and compassionate.This school is so good for my daughter, and has helped boost her confidence from when she first started. I'd recommend it to anyone. I think I might take classes here myself in the future, whenever I decide to pick up an instrument. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to learn music or looking for music lessons for their children.

Staff is courteous, responsive and accommodating, instructors are engaging, encouraging and made an exciting atmosphere for both my 8 and 11 year olds. Spacious and comfortable to stay during kid’s lessons. Highly recommend!!

Best music school in Ottawa! My daughters have been having Piano lessons at the school and the progress they have made has been absolutely incredible.Our experience with Sunnyside is great!I highly recommend Sunnyside Music School.

My experience so far with Sunnyside Music has great, well organized and top notch organization. They also have a student portal where you have access to a practice journal and can track how many hours a week you played.

Sunnyside Music School
I had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the music school. I was a little unsure when I first walked in and down but once I got downstairs it opened up into a large inviting room full of instruments and seating. The practice rooms seems to be everywhere ...little doors opening up into little rooms with more pianos and instruments. Fun, warm atmosphere. I haven't had the pleasure of a lesson so unable to rate that aspect of the school, yet. When I do, I have another star for them! ⭐

We have had THE most positive experience with this school. My son started drum lessons in 2021- primarily to help bring him out of his covid shell, but the benefits we've seen far surpassed anything we could have imagined. The teachers are brilliant - kind, engaging, with a remarkable ability to meet kids where they are at. I recommend them highly.

I am very happy with this music school. As a late learner, I wasn't sure I would make much progress, but the teachers are really passionate about what they do and are true pedagogues. The school is also very well located. I can't recommend it enough!

Started singing classes as an adult, which can pretty scary. I needn't have worried.Anastasia is wonderful! She gives great feedback and correction while being encouraging and markedly unstuffy.I'm thrilled with my progress and can hear a notable difference in my voice after less than three months of classes.Highly recommend!!!
