Best truck buying experience I've ever had! Saxon and his Sales Team were awesome to deal with! I'll be back when it's time for a different truck.

I bought a truck from fernie for in 2021, F 150 lariat. Loved the truck. I traded a truck in. The first numbers they came at me with were brutal. I basically got up and walked out. Then magically they came back with much better numbers. About 100 every 2 weeks less. So I decided to go ahead, but before signing the papers Cj informed me that the payment would be more because of add ons". Obviously not impressed I argued

I recently purchased my truck from legacy and the sales staff, cj and Chris were absolutely phenomenal to deal with. The process was streamline, stress free and they got me exactly what I wanted even though I was fairly picky. They both bent over backwards to make sure I got the truck when I needed it. Overall great experience with these fellas.

Cj helped me picked out a 2022 Ecoboost F150. I orginally wanted the powerboost but with his expertise was able to find out that truck wouldn't fit my needs for towing and would not get much better milage for the type of driving I do. So far very happy with the truck.

Please do not take your vehicle here who ever is reading this, my vehicle was grossly misdiagnosed. The repairs for my vehicle would’ve amounted to over 16 thousand dollars, where I was told I need a new engine! Well guess what I brought it to another mechanic it was a water pump I needed less then 500 dollars I paid for the parts and labour, my vehicle starts and runs better then before. LEGACY FORD will fraud you and have very rude staff and unbelievably slow service! I called for over a week straight everyday for an update in my vehicle, left numerous messages and no reply. It wasn’t until I physically went down there I got an answer. They are crooks none the less, also DM me for a great local mechanic with more then reasonable rates and have peace of mind.

NEVER EVER WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND SUGGEST TO ANYONE. They are only working to fill their pockets not for customer's service. especially when you cancel the deal you will get to see different side of them. they will turn their face and won't get back to you via text message, calls or in person even after you tried to reach out them and if they do, they will just behave very very rudely. never ever pay them in advance if you're not sure to buy a vehicle from them otherwise you will lose your money and wont refund you. As i already lose my money. and the sales manager/finance manager whoever was it just being very rude he needs to learn some work ethics and how to treat customers. as he got to know i cancelled the deal, just started acting like i did a big crime and started barking at me.MONEY STEALERS""

I just recently bought myself a used Ford F-150 from Legacy Ford. Our sales associate, Saxon, was extremely helpful. Not to mention it happened to be the coldest day of the year and we decided to test drive pretty much every vehicle in the lot! He chipped away at the frozen ice and helped us find our dream truck. Hi all! PAY ATTENTION GUYS! I read the reviews but TOO LATE! It looks like the good review are just the old ones or about the cars people bought for them. Nice people till they SWIPE your card. I guess they are good at changing oil... that is it!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I bought a used car from this dealership in September 2022 and I absolutely love it!! Its a REALLY nice car!! However, the tires that were originally on the car needed to be replaced as they didnt pass the inspection. So the dealership then put on brand new rims and tires and I drove to Fernie to pick up my new car. During my drive home the whole vehicle starting shaking violently!! I slowed down and it eased off a bit, so I maintained a slower speed until I got home.The following week I take it in to MY mechanic to figure out the problem and he calls me and tells me that every single tire was not balanced at all. I drove about 70km home on brand new unbalanced tires that this dealership put on my car!!!!!!!!! They ended up paying for the fix, but still.....come on!!!
