Pretty garbage tech support. Had to tell them how to do their job. Asking me to do things physically that they can do remotely. Having no knowledge of the installed systems. The list goes on.

Digitcom tech support used to be very good, but for any reason, it got VERY bad now : for the last 4-6 weeks I opened around 10 tickets and NO ONE ever get back to me, I called and get voice mail, send email and no reply, fill up Support ticket and keep getting ONLY confirmation, at least, this is improvement because before, there was not even confirmation email... tried to contact Sale and they either do not reply or tell me to do the same thing that I did 10 times : fill up support form online and wait...

I read the reviews of employees over at glassdoor. All the reviews commented on how overworked and stressed the employees are. I will have to assume that no one from sales posted a review. You can't get them on the phone and they take days to weeks if ever to call you back. Do they not want to sell stuff.However that being said I have found their support is very good. No complaints there. Message to sales. If you want more of my companies money, answer the phone. Return calls in a timely manner.

Most of the good reviews here are fake. Digitcom is the worst service provider I have ever encountered! Their customer service line does not work - no one picks up the phone, and even when someone does pick up the phone, they do not have any knowledge that could help the clients. All they do is take down your questions and tell you someone will get back to you in 24 hours, which most of the times do not happen either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Charged us for service to phone issue and they never fixed the issue. we called support and they could not figure out their own issues and still charged us? We still have phone issues......I don't feel they can manage business platforms. Might be good for home plans.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Digitcom charges you for EVERYTHING. their phones do not work most of the time, and you need to call to get them fixed, which they charge UNREASONABLE PRICES for.Had an issue with our phones, took over a year for them to finally get back to us. Phone is still broken til this day! DO NOT USE DIGITCOM

An amazingly efficient & knowledgeable company. We moved offices and out Telco Provider could not transfer our number and recommended we work with a third part provider. We started with another outfit who after two weeks not getting the job done led us to Digitcom who expedited this matter and in two business days we were up and running. Throughout the process they kept us to date!
