MedCare Clinics @ Walmart Vaughan Northwest (Jack Nathan Health) - Walk-In Clinic, Family Doctor & Blood Testing Lab

only Dr freedman is good. I have been visiting this clinic for 4 years now but today my experience was so worst. the lady who came she didn’t even make an eye contact with us and just gave us a print out of google . she was rude and not really interested in helping.

Called last night to confirm they had blood work open until 4 today. They did so I fasted and walked an hour and a half to get here from home. Turns out they closed blood work at 2. Its 230. Absolute 0 stars if it was possible. Horrible experience. I definitely need a new doctors office if they do this type of garbage! Do not use this location! I can't even go to another today because the nearest is a bus ride away and I don't have my bus pass with me so I'd have to walk about 3 hours down to rutherford and back up jane to get to it as the straight walk there is blocked by construction so it'll probably be closed by the time I made it! Worst blood work experience ever! They need to fire whoever worked last night! I even took a half day off work to come here so it is actually costing me money!

Dr David is a well experienced physician , He checked my premie 3 days after she was discharged in April 2021 when her family physician was away and the Pediatrician at the hospital strongly advised that she should be checked within 3 days of discharge. He reassured us after her thorough checkup that she was doing great. He has a great team. They booked us and even though we were quite late, they were courteous.Also he vaccinated my toddler in 2019 with whom he was gentle. Admire his approach. Unfortunately i dont live in Vaughan otherwise i would have registered my family with him. We will keep coming back though.

Would love to leave a good review, but both times we've tried to come here it's turned us away. The first time, the staff at the desk said they'd already reached their quota of patients for the day. The second time, we showed up four hours before their advertised closing - and the door was locked, lights off, and a notice saying they had reached quota and were not seeing any more patients that day was stuck to the door. What is the point of operating a walk-in clinic with posted hours if they mean nothing?

I just visited the Medicare clinics @walmart Vaughn northwest. It was almost there closing time still they took me as there patient. I am very pleased with there quick service It was a very good experience. The receptionist Christina and Dr. David Freedman were very kind, polite and soft spoken. They took a good care of me. And I believe if someone is doing a good job they deserve a good feedback. I will definitely recommend this place in future. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. :-)

I went to another walk in clinic last week where I was being rushed out - They provided me a lab work up requisition and stated that I would need to find another practitioner to complete the remaining services I required. I visited this Medcare location, completed the lab work, told them my situation and they were kind enough to have me see a physician assistant that day. Tanzima was thorough, listened to my concerns, completed her assessment while performing that final test I needed. The staff generally are quite nice seeing as it is a busy clinic and burn out is real.I will be returning to this clinic.

Do not go there! Horrible experiences. There are no doctors available, EVER. Only doctor associates work there. The receptionist are very rude and the worst thing is they have misdiagnosed me on the last time I was there. I had to go to the emergency room the next day due to their misdiagnoses.Also, I observed the racial profiling happen, where 2 Caucasian families were turned away and told they were full for the day and told they needed to book appointments for the following day. The 10 min later I observed 2 dark skin families come in and were told sure no problem the doctor can see you and were told to sit and wait. This is unacceptable. I could not believe my eyes of what I was seeing and hearing. This place needs to be investigated for their conduct.

this is genuinely the first time I've had a completely positive experience at a doctors office, let alone a walk-in clinic. The front desk was very nice, quick willing and able to answer questions. I spoke with Dr. Dekel, who I believe is the physicians assistant, who was very informative, actually took the time to listen and ask questions to come to a complete understanding of what I was going through and what would work best for my situation. 10/10

Dr Tanzima diagnosed us today, Jul 14, 2022. She was very friendly and patient. She explained the symptoms to us in details. Also, instructed us how to take the medications, what to expect and what to do if the symptoms get worsen; then what to do next. I was surprised that she prescribed all the meds that we need for the time being, because our family doctors have been off for a while.Not like the Urgent care clinic on Jane St.. I took my dad there last year when he needed help. They just plainly said that there not much they could do, except, checking temperature and blood pressure; then they told us going to a hospital emergency near by. What a waste of time and money that OHIP paid them for.Anyhow, many thanks to MedCare Clinics @ Walmart Vaughan Northwest, especially, Dr. Tanzima - keep up the good work Doc!

The receptionist & doctor here were polite however, rather useless. What's the point of having a walk in clinic when the only thing you can realistically do when seeing a patient is give them the answer no I can't do thay". "I don't know your gill medical history". " you should really talk to your family doctor". If those were possible would I really waste my time to go to a random walk on clinic? If you can prescribe anything other than generic over the counter medication than there is no use for a clinic such as this one and we should use our tax dollars in a more effective and efficient way."
