I don't remember visiting there but I would like to see how much cost for a visit on a massage on my back would be nice

Customers have 24 hours strict cancellation policy. But their massage therapist cancelled very often and give a very short notice to customers. They left voice massage just 3 hours before my appointment. They cancelled three times since I became a member in this Oct at the Kildonan Crossing location. Poor Service and Not professional!!

It's a good place, massage was great. But I found each time I go the massage starts later than the scheduled time but ends on time. For example appointment is 1pm to 2pm, they suggest you arrive a few minutes early. Once you're in the room and they ask you to get undressed to what you're comfortable, takes the person a long time to come back in to start the massage. So massage starts maybe 10min later than 1pm but ends at exactly 2pm. So I don't know, I go back because the massage is great and they offer prenatal massages, I find myself not tipping more than I'd like to because I feel a bit cheated on the massage time. I know 10min may not be a lot of time but if I've arrived few minutes early to register etc, I'd also appreciate the appointment to start on time.

Great service, today is my second visit in this month. I had a neck pain from last one week. First massage was with Mary. She was really good. Second one was with Karlee. She was incredible. She focus on the all the point where I was having pain. She also showed me some stretching exercises. After the massage I am really feeling good. Neck pain is almost gone.

I am Very disappointed in the price over service, 115$ for a 1 hour massage. The fact that the massage therapist didn’t even take the cover off my back or use lotion and in my opinion to be charged 115$ is ridiculous. Please re-consider your price. If you’re going to charge top tier pricing then provide a top tier service.

I had my first massage here with Ghada Gibrail and she was amazing! Great massage and very professional. Would highly recommend booking with her :)

Sabrina was a great massage therapist! Wish they had room scents going or something, there’s a funky smell which doesn’t make the experience as relaxing.

I had my prenatal appointment with Ghada she is a great therapist. Good service. I just hope beds will have heated system for future.
