New location, more appealing than the previous one. Love their ice-cream all the time. Ordered a blizzard ice cream cake last week. The border frosting had too much color. I don't know what color they're using and this color happens to spread everywhere and whoever had it got messy. It looked dangerously too colorful like from a water color palette. The cake was absolutely delicious though, as always!

Today I went there and the lady who was taking my order was hell rude. First I think might it’s not like that but she showed the same attitude to the another customers as well. So please treat the customers with respect don’t forgot you are getting paid for that. Don’t show your aggression to customers. We are here only then you are running your business

Went there for a wrap and a poutine, it was horrible. Can't even eat the food, throwing it in the garbage. Waste of money. Sad because other locations are 10x better then this one. Won't bother to go back to this location.

Update I passed by that Dairy Queen and saw that they shut down which is good because their service was terrible!It’s should be minus starts this place doesn’t deserve any star!! I went in with my mom today and ordered a strawberry julis and got a strawberry smoothie or something else and when I tried to tell the manager that I got the wrong drink she started to argue and saying that all the customers just want free food which was not even my fault and she was said that I was wrong because I don’t know what I wanted even though whenever I go to Dairy Queen that’s the only thing I order for myself because I only like this strawberry from day 1 but the manager was really really rude and so I just left my drink on the table and didn’t bother arguing back so I left. While I was leaving there was another customer who ordered something and got something else and the manager was saying that it wasn’t their fault which it was!! I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND VERY BAD MANAGER!!!!

I have ordered here many times via UberEats.Food was always hot, the service (calling them) was friendly and accommodating. Food packaging was secure, though if multiple drinks could be put in a drink tray, then the tray put in a large paper bag it would be most convenient!Only location that has the Sauced n Tossed buffalo chicken.I will be ordering more from here more often

We visited this location at the grand opening. Wonderful customer service and very welcoming and spacious premises with seating both indoor and outdoors. Enough room for kids to run around and enjoy outdoors.

Very awful and rude customer service. If I could give 0 star even they don’t deserve it. The cake melted before I get home and they didn’t refund it. Never go the DQ especially this store

Absolutely terrible, I give many chances. Because I live very close. Rude staff, ice cream melt, before I get to my car .Taste terrible. Will never go back to this location, $10 for a ice cream, know peanuts.
