Placed my first order last Friday and was so happy to discover my dogs food was not only cheaper | could get it delivered for free!! Just having surgery this was such a blessing. Meatball and I are excited to be apart of the Poochie Moochie family

We get out raw dog food delivered to our door from Poochie moochie! Would highly recommend! Lori was very personal and helpful when we went to seeking information when we first changed over to a raw food diet for our bernedoodle

This is a great business! The owner was so kind to come and stay late to sell me some leashes for my in-laws in Calgary before we go hiking tomorrow. It’s not the first time we’ve had a great experience either! It’s nice to see a genuine family owned business that actually does it well! :) thanks again for being such a “pawsome” place to shop!

Amazing service, above and beyond. Go here you wont regret it! I called into the store and no one answered but almost immediately after the owner had called me back. I didn't even leave a message but she took the time out of her day to call me back. Lori, the owner, was able to tell me different raw dog food brands and also provide me with a very details overview on which brands would be the best ones to get. I had to switch out brands and didn't really know where to start but she was very knowledgeable and provided so much information completely unprompted. When I went to the store today, Lori had even gone the extra mile to let her staff on shift Destany know I was coming, provided her with a summary of what we spoke about. I decided on a reccommend brand and at the till my dog was given some complimentary treats too! Both staff on site and the owner go above and beyond, I am so thankful I made the call! It was such a great experience. I came out a lot more knowledgeable and really happy with the product.

Went here couple weeks ago and Destany was amazing!! She gave me all the information I need as a new pet mom. She very knowledgeable and made a lot of good suggestions on what’s best and what’s to avoid for dogs to keep them healthy. Overall, my experience is awesome and will definitely go back here!

I have only recently just learned about Poochie Moochie, and have gone in the store a couple of times, but I can't say enough good things about this store. Having recently transitioned to a raw food diet for my fur baby, I still have questions and looking for advice. Not only does this store have a wide variety of protein and toppers, staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, willing and wanting to help. There are amazing treat selections and toys as well that are just the icing on the cake. I love that I get to support a local business, and will absolutely be recommending Poochie Moochie to all of my fellow dog parents.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about products. As someone new to giving their pet a raw diet, it was super helpful that they could answer all my questions. I love their delivery service option as well, super convenient!

Literally the most amazing customer service ever!!! Destany helped guide me on raw food choices and is super knowledgeable. The owner, Lori is also awesome. My puppy had a bit of an upset stomach when she transitioned to raw food for the first time so I texted Lori asking what she recommends. She was out doing errands and stopped by my place with a product called slippery elm. Had instructions with it too. I was shocked she went out of her way to do this for a customer! Absolutely amazing. While there are some items Poochie Moochie doesn’t have due to size, I always get what I can from them so I am not only supporting an Edmonton local business but all Canadian brands too!

Fantastic store!! Very knowledgeable and helpful regards our dog having allergies to dry food. All 3 of our dogs are now loving their new raw diet. Free delivery is available, but I always make a point of buying in store as the service is first class.
