In this day and age it's hard to find a professional and qualified contractor you can fully trust to complete a job to your exact specifications. Balcon Ideal is all of that and more! From the day we met Mark all the way to job completion everything went super smoothly. He was very patient and understanding with us as it took us a long time to make up our mind on our project. He never pressured us to sign and was always ready to answer all of our questions. At every interaction communication was great and you can tell they have their stuff together and know what they are doing. A few small hiccups arose just like on any job but Balcon Ideal took full responsibility to remedy the situation very quickly without any nasty surprises or extra costs! A++ Highly recommended and will definitely be calling upon Balcony Ideal for any balconies projects I will have in the future.

It would seem the problem we had with them was mostly a lack of communication on their part. Once we got their attention, they bent over backwards to make things right. Marc the sales manager has been in touch with us on numerous occasions and things are now progressing well. The people doing the job are great, very professional. I feel a lot better about my choice now.
