I had an emergency project that needed to be done in an immediate timeline. Xpert excavation responded and came within the time frame I needed and provided excellent work. Really satisfied with the work completed and the little extras we didnt ask for like replacing some heavy rocks with their machinery to strenghten our retainning wall. They went above and beyond our expectations. A big Thank you to Philippe Auger and his team. Highly recommend these guys for any excavation projects. Thanks again boys!!!

They came the next day after we called, very professional, bilingual and polite. Informative and asked good fact-finding questions in order to fully understand the situation. They explained everything while doing it and also gave information on next steps and on ideal maintenance. Kind of like a foundation doctor.

Our excavation was done on time and perfectly. We were never more than 1cm out of level on our foundation forms, and most of that was warped wood. Great job.

Poor service couldn’t even get them to come and do an estimate . Gave excuses that there was snow on the ground . Not sure what that has to do with giving an estimate for foundation repairs. Won’t call these guy ever.

About 2 years ago we had our foundation repaired by Xpert Excavation. Then in September 2022 we began to get some water in the basement. I waited until March, to call, thinking digging in the winter would not be possible. Jean picked up, and was at our home within an hour. He brought his scan to check out the drain pipe. It was not blocked. He then checked out the drain from the laundry sink. No problem there. He checked out the walls for leaks --none. Then he noticed the septic drain pipe, had a small drop of water at the joint to the outside. He pulled it, and voila it moved from the wall. That was the problem. Jean the detective! Then he hopped in his truck and returned a few minutes later with PVC glue. He then helped me to glue the pipes together. The basement is now dry. The problem had nothing to do with the expert work done by Xpert Excavation. I cannot recommend any company more highly. Their work is top notch and their follow up is superior. Thank you Jean.

I was looking for an excavator to fix my window-wells which had given me a problem during a heavy rainfall, i.e., the window-wells were not draining the water fast enough and eventurally the rain water rose halfway up the windows, resulting in water entering my basement. I phoned expertExcavators and they responded promptly. They dug down to the french drains, cleared out all the muck, inserted a pipe and new stones, and levelled the ground around the window-wells so that water would run away from them. Good job.

Xpert Excavation did the agreed work quickly and left a clean site behind them. They accommodated my delay when I had forgotten to get the utilities marked, so they are patient, too!
