I've been getting my car insurance here for almost 20 years and I've always been happy with my service. The ladies are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They answer all my questions and are very thorough. I've never had a mistake made. My mom does all her house insurance thru them as well.For many years my car insurance was cheaper with them than ICBC. They always check the price for both ICBC and private to give me the best prices. I moved out to Mission but I still come all the way back to Cloverdale to get my insurance renewed because it's such a pleasant experience. I never feel rushed even if there is a lineup. Over the phone I experience the same friendly, professional service as well.

I am absolutely horrified by this company... I had gone there on my way home to get a basic insurance quote for a vehicle I am looking to buy. After being there for almost an hour, and having nothing happen but this blonde bimbo tell me that she doesn't know how to do it.Finally we get into the system with help, and she doesn't know how to do the quote, she can't find the vehicle, and tells me that model doesn't exist. I have never been so infuriated by how someone treated me in a professional setting. She was rude, and condescending and did not know how to do her job.I ended up getting very upset and leaving the store to go somewhere else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone. Worst service ever!
