Paradise Inn & Suites

The Customer service was terrible. The manager was very rude. Room AC wasn’t working well. The only nice thing was the one gentleman at the front desk. He was very pleasant. No continental breakfast either.

Awesome hotel awesome staff. Mike was my first contact and he was extremely helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Every staff member was truly a pleasure to deal with. I even overslept past my late check out. Not one knock on the door or phone call no one stressed me to hurry and check out they just let me sleep lol. Cheers guys and thanks for a great place to stay.

They didn’t not have shampoo and body wash in the hotel. Not sure how this was suppose to be a pleasant stay, when I requested it, I was told that they have none and only gave me conditioner. Bed was good and comfortable but that was not the best of experiences for me.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel! I usually don’t leave nasty reviews but want to warn others.Poor service, low amenities and dirty: I found a bed bug crawling around in my room. The only nice part is the hot tub / pool area and location.Awful front desk experience: the check-I process was slow and the lady was coughing all over the desk and payment cards without covering her mouth (Covid is still circulating…), the checkout agent didn’t offer any compensation or apologies for the bed bug. The halls are run down, the convenient access to Tim’s and the next door restaurant feels creepy with poor signage.The room is surface clean only, the curtains and bed skirts have odd stains. The bathroom is tiny and dirty, the towels are old.The bed is probably one of the worst I’ve slept in a hotel. Too firm, the sheets were hard and small old pillows.The TV is too high up and be careful as they do not clear your Netflix and Prime credentials after your stay, the live channels had a weird wave on the screen.

Nice hotel, good WiFi, great staff, nice pool and hot tub, restaurant you walked to on site was good, $5 breakfast voucher for a hot breakfast of your choice. I'd stay again

I work service rigs. So I didn't pay and got lucky with a king suite. There's a kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, some cookware n utensils n dishes. In the small living room area There's a pull out couch with a smart TV that you can link your phone to and cast your personal apps to to watch whatever you like. Through double doors is the bedroom with a king sized bed and another smart TV. There's also complimentary tea n coffee with a personal brewer. Very clean, decent daily maid service. Also the hotels location is close to all kinds of restaurants, liquor store, gas stations n convenient stores. All n all a good hotel experience for my lucky a$$!

House keeping threw away all my stuff while I was at work. Clothes, phone charger, books, food, and a Switch game. Just a warning to anyone who might stay here, take all your stuff with you when you go out for the day..Update: In response to the owners comment, just to clarify.. these items all went missing during the day Sunday, I checked out this morning being Monday. I spoke with an employee claiming to be the manager and he said there was nothing in the lost and found. Could not even print me Google map directions so I could get where I'm going without my phone. I'm sorry this happened" was all he could offer."

Stayed 1 night in a king room (200). Room had some small cosmetic issues like a badly frayed/torn bedskirt, dirty armchair and a table leg that was leaning. Problem for us occurred in the evening, the bedside lamp was flickering a bit so we checked the plug in. The plug was found between the mattress and the boxspring! The bed was pushed up directly against the wall outlet where the lamp plug was actually resting on the boxspring and the weight of the mattress pulled the plug partially out of the outlet causing the flicker. You guys are literally rolling the dice with peoples safety with that fire hazard. How many more rooms have that issue?

Service with a smile, the halls reek of cigarette smoke but the room didn't and was nice to be able to relax and unwind. Restaurant was delicious and super fast to the room service.

I have stayed in some pretty expensive properties around the world, and the housekeeping department at this motel is better than any of them. The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is crisp and well made.The front desk staff are helpful and accommodating with all of my needs.The Paradise Inn & Suites is a beautiful surprise in the small town of Valleyview as you head up north in Alberta.
