VENQUE CRAFT CO.LTD

Purchased a wonderfully designed Canadian designed backpack from a local retailer in Victoria B.C. The bag looks smart, has well laid out pockets and suites its purpose as a modern laptop/work backpack. The problem is, I had the zipper break after about a year after purchase, for no known reason. I give this company 3 stars and not 5 is because it is impossible to get ahold of any warranty or service staff, stuck with a broken backpack. I tried to contact them through there website twice, and also through their publicly provided email address. I have had no response from Venque Craft, from any of my attempts that i have made over the past several months.
