So so disappointed. Very unprofessional and greedy.Told me on the phone that gel nail removal is 10 dollars.I come to the shop ( it is very hard to find it by the way) and they remove my gel ( just 10 nails) and charge me 31 saying that this was a hard gel. You can call it whatever you want but if you want to charge a customer more than what you agreed, at least have the decency to tell them in the beginning.This very basic gel removal and took less than 5 min, no shaping of nails or any extra lotion/treatment. And even after telling them about this, I was charged 21 dollars.

My cousin went to a nailSalon in Surrey and she was very u happy due to the bad quality (nail broken in half within few days). She visited X studio from friends referral, the owner and her associate was super professional and took half an hour to fix the broken nail. The owner also gave my cousin a Boxing Day price as a courtesy, we will definitely come back.
