Open Country Contracting

We had reached out for a builder on our renovation, they reviewed our building plans and scheduled a walkthrough --- two scheduled appointments were cancelled last minute and the third appointment was a no-show. I'm sure that OCC does quality work as they were recommended to us, however they did not value our time as clients.

Open Country Contracting has built multiple homes for me for development purposes. Every time the new owners come for a walkthrough before taking possession of a home, the deficiency list is little to none. Tim takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

Tim Proos is by far the nicest contractor that my husband and I have worked with in our 45 plus years of marriage.Tim was our general contractor who got us in our retirement nest in an amazingly short time frame. There are several other houses in our development that were started well before ours and none of them are any where near completion.I have a hunch it's because he is an easy to work with man that he doesn't have trouble lining up sub trades.Some of the sub trades were better than others and we hope that Tim continues to just go after the good ones. The ones from Atmosphere Interiors were outstanding.I didn't want to be restricted by product choices and Tim was flexible in allowing us to supply some of our own materials. The end result is we have a solid home that is distinctly ours.We wish Tim all the best in his future endeavors.

Tim was a very engaged contractor to sub off of and will definitely pursue future foundation work in the future with Open Country Contracting.
