After one hour we went in London Piano Gallery, we finally ended our piano hunting journey (we have been looking for couple of months, and went to different dealers) and came out with a great deal of one amazing Kawai upright piano from Rob.We contacted Rob on Sunday morning, and made an appointment with him on the same day. Rob is a super nice owner and all his Kawai piano in store is stay in turn. (Some of the dealer I have been seems to have the high end of pianos taken good care, but not the cheaper ones). Rob answered most of my question, in a technical way. Which helped me to make my choice decision easier.A real pleasure to purchase my piano here. And I don't need to take effect to find a good technician for turning piano in the future, I know I will directly come to Rob.

I bought a Kawai ES8 from here and I was very pleased with the customer service, they have some great piano’s and keyboards and made it well worth the long drive for myself, if anyone I know is looking for a good keyboard or piano here is where I’ll send them.

I called after business hours to ask about buying a gig bag for my Kawai ES8. Rob answered my call and agreed to see me even though the place was closed. Amazing service, and he went out of his way to accommodate my business. He was very helpful and friendly, and confirmed my satisfaction with Kawai products and dealer service.
