Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I reserved 4 vehicles for our group of 20. Cars were there for us, no problems. They even came to the Stoneridge Mountain Resort to pick us up - exceptional service! They also offered a free upgrade from a mid size Ford SUV to a full size SUV (as long as we could handle it). The offer saved us money on needing to rent a 4th vechicle. So, I don't know why previous bad reviews but we got what we reserved and more! Thank you Matt and Zack.

You website is false in the fact I had to walk over ten miles to find another car rental place that can accept visa debit. When it says it is allowed with a return ticket itinerary. This is how you treat your first responders it’s disgraceful. Let alone the fact you have never returned my emails or tried to resolve this issue in a courteous manner. Your Calgary Airport has the worst service I have ever seen. The Canmore branch was very accommodating and if possible I would give them 5 stars. Maybe the Calgary staff could get better training in dealing with customers

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The guys at Enterprise on 99th Street are amazing. Excellent customer service. Well groomed. So you know they appreciate their job. Personable and friendly. Even when the place was packed with people. They did not get stressed out and treated each customer with respect and did not rush. This is my favorite Enterprise location in Edmonton.

They had some horrible customer service, but the one in Canmore was alright. We got to trade in an SUV for a GIANT LIMITED EDITION RAM.

I had my first time rental ever and I was pretty nervous to rental a car considering not nice reviews.Though my experience come out very smooth and nice. I got a car I wanted and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the whole process was pretty easy and fast.

I have rented a car on Friday morning 12th of may. We took the car and on our way we saw few dash sign’s including engine check lights. We call them and informed about it. In total it took me 5 hours to talk to them including customer service. The end result was nothing. They didn’t give us Towe service as well other replacement car. That was very pathetic service from them. Imagine you being stuck like that 1000kms away from your home. I would recommend you not to rent from this location. I wish I can give them negative stars, I would rate them -5.

I picked up a car at YYC and went to add a second driver in Canmore. They offered to let me leave the car in Canmore which was a huge help instead of driving back to Calgary. I left my almost new park pass in the car and they had it there for me 2 days later when I realized I had left it. These guys made life easy.

Terrible experience taking out a curtesy car through my insurance with Enterprise. Lack of communication, employees leaving without passing information on, etc. They are always looking for staff and managers on Indeed. (question mark)This is my first ever 1-star review. Very disappointed!
